I’d like to introduce you to one of the most delightfully beautiful couples. Captain Chris Elder & his stunning wife Heidi are the sort of people who take you back for a moment when you first meet them because they are that wonderful!
Surely if there’s an appropriate time to be high maintenance, bossy, and self-serving, it’s your wedding day, right? This sweet couple (and entire wedding party) was thoughtful, thankful, and so much fun the entire day!
The wedding was held at Cox Chapel on SMU’s campus, followed by a reception at the Melrose Hotel in Dallas. And these guys could dance… really dance! In fact, the groom had such serious moves, it was nearly impossible to get good shots of him on the dance floor!
The night ended with a game of limbo (which I think should be mandatory at every reception), and tears of congratulations, as the couple will begin their lives together in Germany. It was a bittersweet night indeed for all their family and friends.
Thank you again Heidi & Chris, for trusting me with your wedding. I loved every second of this perfect day!
