Dallas-Fort Worth-Baton Rouge Photographer

Shelley Foster was academically trained as a rehabilitation counselor at LSUHSC before photography came into her life. With college behind her and a professional career underway, she considers photography a curious and unexpected gift.

Besides fulfilling her inherent love for people and art, photography provides a necessary balance in her professional life. She explains,“my role as a counselor usually involved helping a person change or improve some aspect of themself. However, as a photographer, I get to depict the person exactly as they are… beautiful, unique, and perfect!”  Shelley now works as a full-time photographer in both Louisiana and North Texas.
